Payment & Transaction Policy
All deposits and withdrawals on 296 are processed in BDT (৳). We support bKash, Nagad, and other approved local payment methods. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed if the applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds have not been met. If fraud is suspected, 296 may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be disclosed separately at the time they apply. Failure to meet the specified wagering requirements after receiving a bonus may result in its cancellation.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned after verification. However, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to fraudulent activity.
